With the recent purchase of Marshall Fields by Macy's, Bokoo Bikes Chicago,
located in the State Street Arcade, has closed shop. If you purchased a new bike from Bokoo Bikes Chicago
and received a $30 coupon, OTF will no longer accept them for your annual tune up. OTF apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
On The Fly will also no longer accept manufacturer warranties or recalls from bikes sold through Bokoo Bikes. Trek warranties and recalls can be handled by any authorized Trek dealer in Chicagoland. All other Bokoo Bikes gift certificates, store credits, or deposits are not recognized by OTF Inc.
